Tournament Overview:

The Tolland Soccer Club is pleased to invite your teams to the PLAY WITH PRIDE 3v3 SOCCER TOURNAMENT on August 23rd, 2008, Tolland, Connecticut. 

FORMAT:  The tournament committee will determine game schedule.  This will be a 3v3 game on small size fields.  The games will be approximately 30 minutes each and each team plays 4 games.  Three points for a win, one point for a tie and zero points for a loss.  Girls division and Boys division will play on Saturday, August 23rd.  Applications received after the deadline or above the maximum number of teams will be wait-listed.

AGE GROUPS:  Teams based on USSF/USYSA age groups, for Boys and Girls based on the 2008/2009 age chart:

ELIGIBILITY:  The Tolland Soccer Club invites Intra Club, Recreational, and Classic/Travel teams only.  All teams will play in the same division.  The tournament is sanctioned by the USYSA through the Connecticut Junior Soccer Association (CjSA).  All teams must be affiliated with USYSA.

REGISTRATION:  Registration will be Friday, August 22nd, 2008 from 5p.m. to 8p.m. at Tolland Middle School (Old High School), Old Cathole Rd, Tolland, CT.  Teams will be required to furnish a roster, player passes (if Classic/Travel), and the tournament medical release forms at registration check-in.

APPLICATION:  The tournament application, copy of the team roster, and an entry fee of $125.00 per team (U11 - U14), $100.00 per team (U9 & U10).  Make checks payable to Tolland Soccer Club.  Deadline for registration is August 1st, 2008. 

CONCESSIONS:  Food, Snacks, and Beverages will be available at the fields.

AWARDS:
• U9 - U10 divisions will receive a participation award .
• U11 - U14 divisions will be presented 1st and 2nd place awards in each division.
• Best Overall Shirt Design awarded to a Boys and Girls team.  Be creative and fun!!
