Important information:

Teams are organized by birth year on tabs at the bottom of spreadsheet.
On Friday, this form will be updated with uniform numbers. You will need this number for ordering uniforms.  If you are a new player and did not give number choices at tryouts, you will be assigned a number.
Within the next week, you will receive an email from our uniform vendor, Teamsports.  
You will have 10 days to place your uniform order online.  Please follow instructions in the email.  This must be done in this time frame in order for you to receive the uniform on time.
NEW players:  you must order the uniform package: black and white shirt, black and white shorts, and black and white socks.

WARNING: our current style uniform will be discontinued in October.  We recommend buying any replacements to the uniform now (larger sizes).

Please note that the 3v3 tournament is August 26.

Tryouts will take place at Cross Farms.  Tryouts will begin at 5:30 pm.  Please arrive 15 minutes early to leave ample time for registration.
Players must attend both tryout days. If you are unable to make both days for your age group, you may tryout with the age group above or below. The travel director and team coach for that age group should be notified accordingly.
1.) Any RETURNING player will need to bring a 1x1 photo with THEIR NAME AND AGE GROUP TRYING OUT FOR on the back of the photo. Any photo larger than a 1x1 will NOT be accepted.
2.) NEW players trying out will need to bring a COPY of their BIRTH CERTIFICATE AND A 1x1 PHOTO with their name and age group trying out for on the back of the . Please DO NOT BRING ORIGINAL BIRTH CERTIFICATES.
3.) PRE-REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT IS REQUIRED in order to tryout. NO EXCEPTIONS. ONLINE Travel registration will open on April 15th 2017.  If an account has an outstanding balance this must be addressed prior to tryouts. Please contact Erin Reed, TSC President at  or Brock Peters, TSC Treasurer at so that proper payment or payment plan can be made.
4.The tryout number given out at check -in must be worn at both tryout dates. Be sure to check in at the registration tables located at LOWER CROSS FARMS FOR TRYOUT NUMBER AND FIELD ASSIGNMENTS.
5.) New potential player parents; specifically the U-9 age group are encouraged to attend a brief overview of the Travel Program and commitment level required . This will be held at the beginning of the tryout  near the registration table.  
6.) New players trying out will be required to order and pay for a uniform immediately following tryouts.  Following the announcement of teams, you will receive a link from our vendor Teamsports  to place your order within 10 days to ensure delivery by the first game.  You must order black and white shirt, shorts and socks.  Other items are optional.  Samples will be available at tryout for sizing.
We fully understand that there may be conflicts such as Softball, Lacrosse and Baseball games and or playoffs on the above mentioned tryout dates.
Please understand that the two day try out is a requirement and should anyone have a conflict you need to contact Jose Aponte, Travel Director at to make other arrangements.
